Professor Scott is the managing partner of Via Law LLP, a boutique estate planning, trust and probate law firm.
Professor Scott has extensive experience guiding clients through the estate planning and then post-death administration process. She also assists clients with probate proceedings and other non-litigious court actions, trust administration, and estate and gift tax matters.
Professor Scott is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Italian, and has studied Tagalog, German, French, Greek, Chickasaw, and Zulu
