June 2012 Student Housing Construction Update
Student housing construction has ramped up at a fast pace as June came to a close. This included the completion of the lower and upper level parking garage foundations, as well as the storage and mechanical rooms, followed by starting the building infrastructure installation.
June 6: Lower level parking concrete work completed. Upper level parking column and wall support under construction.
June 6: Parking garage vertical support wall construction.
June 6: Cement blown in to form "shotcrete" walls in parking garage.
June 6: Upper level parking deck framework underway.
