October 2012 Student Housing Construction Update
October 3: Site overview with Level 3 framing nearing completion.

Soaring to the Top
Levels 3 and 4 residential unit framing were completed in October with Level 5 framing, the final level, starting at month's end. The Pearl steel structure, stairs, business center, bathrooms and common room are taking form. The building will be topping out in November.
