Bryan Weiser '13

Professor Bryan Weiser is a graduate of Southwestern Law School. Upon graduating, he jumped into the exciting and strange world of reality television Business and Legal Affairs (Extreme Weight Loss, Bar Rescue, My Cat From Hell, Catch a Contractor, LA Hair, etc.) and worked with various television networks (ABC, Spike, Animal Planet, WE tv). Bryan then spent the majority of his career navigating the streets of Gotham City, Metropolis, and Paradise Island as the Director of Business Affairs for DC Comics (Warner Bros.) where he negotiated comic book artist and writer deals as well licensing media rights (including film, television, direct-to-video, animation, video game, and merchandising) for properties including Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman. For the last serval years, he journeyed across the multiverse to the world of scripted television, serving as Executive Director of Television Business Affairs at Lionsgate, where he negotiates, structures, and drafts agreements for Lionsgate Television development, pilots, and series (which include Home Economics, Ghosts, Mythic Quest, Heels, Acapulco, and many more!)
